PAYMENT AND THE WAY THE TIPSTER STAY ANONYMOUS-
As long as the published ways to report a tip or website address instructions are used, tips are passed through a software program that mask all senders information. A randomized report number is assigned to each tip so the tipsters identity is never known. The whole process is anonymous and the report number is the ONLY way to locate your tip and provide an updated information. YOU MUST PROVIDE THE TIP ID# TO CHECK BACK FOR REWARD PAYMENT.
